Waterfront service for the greater central new york area

Our waterfront service team consists of several crews that perform seasonal dock & boat lift installations as well as removals for 8 months out of the year, along with other services performed year round. With around 400 combined seasonal installs/removals every year, and many new customers, our staff is well versed in waterfront service as well as customer service. In the off-season, Waterfront Managers and Crew Leaders receive training from ShoreMaster in order to stay up to date on best practices and new products. Below you can find a more extensive list of the services we provide.

Chris Petosa

Waterfront Manager

Chris Petosa is a Waterfront Manager at Brinson Marine, overseeing dock and boat lift installations and removals throughout the year. He is first aid, forklift, and boater safety certified and brings extensive hands on experience with dock systems, boat lifts, and waterfront operations. Chris works closely with crews in the field to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Brinson Marine’s standards.

In addition to leading waterfront operations, Chris plays a key role in writing work orders, coordinating schedules, and supporting the day to day planning of installation and service projects. His combination of leadership, organization, and on site experience helps ensure smooth operations and a consistent, professional experience for both customers and staff.

Patrick Stanistreet

Digital Marketing Specialist / Dock Crew Leader

Patrick Stanistreet is the Digital Marketing Specialist at Brinson Marine, bringing a strong foundation in marketing, leadership, and hands on marine industry experience to the dealership’s online presence. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, along with multiple industry and professional certifications focused on digital strategy, content creation, analytics, and boater safety. Patrick oversees Brinson Marine’s website, digital advertising, and social media channels, ensuring accurate product representation and clear communication with customers.

In addition to his marketing responsibilities, Patrick has direct operational experience installing and removing docks and boat lifts, as well as delivering and picking up boats for customers. This on the ground experience allows him to align marketing strategy with real world sales and service operations while helping maintain Brinson Marine’s professional, trustworthy, and customer focused reputation.

Ryan Tully

Dock Crew Leader

Ryan Tully is a Dock Crew Leader at Brinson Marine, where he plays a key role in coordinating and executing dock and boat lift installations and removals throughout the season. He is first aid, forklift, and boater safety certified and brings strong hands on experience with dock systems, boat lifts, and waterfront logistics. Ryan leads crews on site to ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Brinson Marine’s high standards, and his attention to detail, leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction help ensure every installation and removal is handled professionally from start to finish.

Ryan is also pursuing a degree in Computer Science and aspires to build a future career in programming. His academic focus reflects a strong interest in problem solving and technology, complementing the organizational and leadership skills he applies daily in his role at Brinson Marine.

Drew Taft

Waterfront Manager

Drew Taft is a Waterfront Manager at Brinson Marine, overseeing dock and boat lift installations and removals throughout the year. He is first aid, forklift, and boater safety certified and brings extensive hands on experience with dock systems, boat lifts, and waterfront operations. Drew works closely with waterfront crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Brinson Marine’s standards.

Drew holds a degree in Construction Management from SUNY ESF, providing a strong foundation in project planning, coordination, and execution. In addition to leading field operations, he assists with writing work orders, scheduling installations and removals, and supporting the overall organization of waterfront projects, helping ensure consistent quality and timely service for customers.
