Mike Madonna is the Business Manager at Brinson Marine, supporting the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the dealership. He works closely with ownership and department leaders to help ensure efficient processes, strong internal organization, and a positive experience for both customers and staff.

Mike is a member of the Young Leaders Advisory Council with the Marine Retailers Association of America and stays actively engaged in industry development and best practices. He is Mercury Product Knowledge certified, MRAA sales trained, and holds an MRAA Service Advisor Certification, allowing him to contribute informed insight across sales, service, and business operations while supporting Brinson Marine’s long term success.
