He plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency while ensuring customers receive consistent, professional service across all areas of the dealership.

Michael is Mercury outboard product knowledge certified and has completed Mercury sales training classes, giving him a strong understanding of both product offerings and customer needs. He is a certified forklift trainer and is trained in West System epoxy products for boat repair, allowing him to support safe operations and high quality repair standards throughout the facility.
